The BRCGS Standard is the most stringent food safety certification in the global food packaging sector and the certification shows our commitment to food safety and quality systems.
We adhere to strict standards each and every day, we are independently assessed annually, guaranteeing standardisation of quality, safety and operational criteria at the highest level.
Zipform Packaging is also a proud member of the Australian Packaging Covenant Organisation (APCO), a co-regulatory, not for profit organisation partnering with government and industry to reduce the environmental impact of packaging in Australian communities. In March 2019, Zipform Packaging was awarded Australian Trusted Trader status. The Australian Trusted Trader program is administered by Home Affairs with the Australia Border Force, accrediting businesses such as Zipform with compliant trade practices and a secure supply chain.
As an ATT accredited business, Zipform has access to quicker border processing and priority trade services as a result of being identified as a low-risk business, ensuring packaging imported by Zipform Packaging is swiftly cleared through Australian borders, reducing the risk of lengthy customs delays.
As an official partner of the Australian Institute of Packaging, Zipform Packaging is regularly involved in industry events and workgroups including The Fight Food Waste Cooperative Research Centre (CRC), a program designed to bring together industry, government and research bodies to tackle the growing international problem of food waste, which is at the heart of future industry sustainability.
Zipform Packaging have also joined Complementary Medicines Australia (CMA) and John Bigley, CEO sits on their Sustainability Committee.
